As my Client, you have the right

1. To have frequent communication with your attorney;
2. To have your communication answered promptly;
3. To have legal concepts explained to you (or any other issues in the case that you do not understand);
4. To fully and completely understand what you are being billed for and to receive periodic bills;
5. To be treated with respect, sympathy, and understanding;
6. To be told the truth;
7. To be appraised of all updates in your case;
8. To receive copies of all documents and correspondence in your case in prompt manner;
9. To know what is the next step in the case;
10. To be the ultimate decision maker in your case.
